What We Count

These features are metered based on your plan limits

Messages

Every WhatsApp message you send counts toward your monthly limit. This includes text, images, videos, and documents.

Example: Sending 100 messages to customers = 100 messages used

WhatsApp Numbers

Each WhatsApp number (session) you connect counts as one session. You can manage multiple numbers based on your plan.

Example: 3 business numbers = 3 sessions

Contacts

Store and manage customer contacts. Each unique contact counts toward your limit, regardless of how many messages you send them.

Example: 500 saved contacts = 500 contacts used

Templates

Create reusable message templates for campaigns and quick replies. Each saved template counts toward your limit.

Example: 20 saved templates = 20 templates used

Number Checks

Verify if phone numbers are active on WhatsApp before sending messages. Each number checked counts toward your limit.

Example: Checking 1,000 numbers = 1,000 checks used

Auto-Reply Rules

Set up automated responses based on keywords or triggers. Each active auto-reply rule counts toward your limit.

Example: 5 active auto-reply rules = 5 rules used

These features are completely unlimited on all plans

Courier Messages

Send unlimited order tracking and delivery updates via courier integration. These messages are completely free and don't count toward your message limit.

Incoming Messages

Receive unlimited messages from your customers. We only count outgoing messages that you send.
